Terms of Service

ASH Glo is a marketplace that helps clients discover beauty professionals and helps professionals list their services. ASH Glo is not the provider of the beauty services listed and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a professional.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Members pay a one-time registration fee to activate full marketplace access. Service providers pay a listing fee of 2,000 XAF per month to keep their profile live and discoverable. Fees are stated before purchase and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. A provider may cancel a listing at any time; the listing stays active until the end of the paid period.

Members receive a personal invite link and may be rewarded as their network grows. The programme rules, eligibility conditions and reward details are published in the app and may change. Rewards may be withheld or reversed for fraudulent sign-ups, self-referrals, spam or other abuse.

• Provide accurate service, pricing and portfolio information you own.
• Hold any licences or permits required for your services.
• Honour confirmed bookings or communicate changes promptly.
• Maintain professional, safe and hygienic practices.

Provide accurate booking details, arrive on time or cancel with reasonable notice, and treat professionals respectfully. Payment terms for services are agreed directly with the professional.

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant ASH Glo a licence to display it within the service. Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing or explicit content, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that violate these terms or appear manipulated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the community. You may close your account at any time from the app or by contacting support.

The service is provided "as is". ASH Glo does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by professionals or the accuracy of listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASH Glo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from any client–provider engagement.

We may update these terms. Continued use of ASH Glo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
